Pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) on the protection of personal data, Deix srl provides this information notice regarding the completion of the specific Form available on the “Work with us” page of the website www.deix.ai

1. Data Controller

2. Legal basis for processing

The processing is lawfully carried out as it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures aimed at carrying out selection activities following the expression of interest made through the completion of the specific form in the “Work with us” section of the Deix srl website.

3. Categories of data processed

The data processed are those indicated in the specific form that the data subject completes and are all of a personal nature.

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

4. Source of data

Following the completion of the specific form in the “Work with us” section, Deix will contact you directly using the data you have voluntarily provided as well as public sources such as social networks. In the case of data provided by a person other than the data subject, the source is to be found in the person who completes the form on behalf of a different individual.

5. Purpose of processing

The undersigned will process the data for the following purposes related to recruitment and personnel selection:

5.1 Evaluation of your expression of interest through the completion of the specific form for the purposes of selection processes to increase company staff.

5.2 Contact and organization of introductory and in-depth interviews, also in relation to the evaluation of your professional profile in terms of skills and experience

The processing carried out through paper/IT tools does not involve the use of automated decision-making processes.

6. Provision of data

The provision of data is necessary to achieve the above purposes and the unavailability of such data does not allow the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 5.

7. Recipients of communications relating to personal data

Limited to personnel selection processes, data will not be communicated to third parties; however, the data provided in the form may be accessible to the technology service providers that Deix uses.

8. Scope of disclosure

The data processing described in this information notice does not in any way involve the disclosure of such data.

9. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

The processing described in this information notice does not involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area.

10. Data retention period

The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of recruitment and personnel selection and for a maximum period of 6 months. After this term, the data will be deleted.

11. Rights of Data Subjects

You are recognized and guaranteed the full right to: request from the Data Controller access to personal data and rectification or erasure thereof or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability. This right can be exercised by sending an email to privacy@deix.ai

Furthermore, the Data Controller will cease processing when receiving from you the communication of withdrawal of consent previously given where this is the legal basis for processing.

12. Complaint to the supervisory authority

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in the event that their requests for information addressed to the Data Controller have not resulted in satisfactory responses.

The relevant Authority is the Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority)
