Pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) on the protection of personal data, Deix srl provides this information notice regarding the personal data that will be processed in relation to the completion of the specific Form on the “Contacts” page of the website www.deix.ai

2. Legal basis of processing

The processing is lawfully carried out as it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by the data subject who, in order to request information from Deix srl about the products/services provided by Deix, completes the specific form.

3. Categories of data processed

The data processed are those indicated in the specific form that the data subject completes and are all of a personal nature.

• Last Name
• Email address

4. Source of data

The data are collected directly from the data subjects who voluntarily complete the form for the purpose of requesting information about Deix's products/services. In the case of data obtained from a person other than the data subject, the source is to be found in the person who completes the information request form on behalf of a different subject.

5. Purpose of processing

The Company will process the data voluntarily provided through the completion of the specific form for the purpose of executing the pre-contractual and contractual measures requested and to provide the information requested by the data subject regarding products/services provided by Deix.

The processing carried out with the aid of paper/computer tools does not involve the use of automated decision-making processes.

6. Provision of data

The provision of data is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and the lack of availability thereof does not allow the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 5.

7. Recipients of communications relating to personal data

The data will not be communicated to third parties; however, they may be accessible to providers of technological services that Deix uses for the resolution of malfunctions and infrastructure updates.

8. Scope of dissemination

The data processing described in this information notice does not in any way involve the dissemination thereof.

9. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

The processing described in this information notice does not involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area.

10. Data Retention Period

The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in point 5 and for a maximum period of 1 year. After this term, the data will be deleted.
